QR Codes
A QR Code (Quick Response Code) is a two-dimensional barcode that can be read using smart phones or dedicated QR reading devices. The QR code is linked directly to text, emails, websites, phone numbers and many more applications.
You can make your own QR Codes using a designated 2D barcode generator.  The code generators (many are free) give step-by-step directions on how to create your own QR code.

Instead of typing a long URL to link a website, a document, email or remembering a phone number, you can scan the QR code that will take you instantly to the web address.
